HonestTicket is a service that you can take the taxi comfortably with the pre-paid ticket like other transportation (high-speed / intercity bus, train, airplane).

As for the existing service,
It was only possible to depart at designated places such as airports, hotels, and sightseeing spots. Due to the limited functionality, many people think it is inconvenient.

3. Reserve taxi service( and so on…)

▶ Unfair Charges No!: HonestTicket is a taxi service that pay the taxi fare in advance. No need to worry about the driver going around or asking more money. Only need to get off the taxi after arriving at the destination.

▶ Navigation to the destination OK!: The mobile ticket contains all the information you need to board, you’ll be taken to the destination if you scan your ticket on the driver’s phone.

▶ Easy payment OK!: In addition to credict payment, we offer various payment modules such as Visa/Master Card, Paypal, Alipay and so on for easy payment.

▶Waypoint?? OK! You can go somewhere else by adding waypoints.
(However, you can add 3 waypoints at most, you should pay an extra fee if the stopping time exceeds five minutes.)

▶ Additional charge NO!: You will not have to pay extra fee if you pay for HonestTicket only once! If you asked for an extra charge, please contact the HonestTicket customer center below.
(However, in addition to the specified boarding information, passengers will be required to pay an additional fee if add other waypoint or the stopping time exceeds 5 minutes.)

▶ Safe move taxi OK! : As soon as the taxi driver scans your ticket, your information is matched to the taxi driver and stored on the HonestTicket server. Do not worry about your safety.

▶Travel Expenses/ Business Trip Calculate OK! HonestTicket can be used to calculate the taxi fare before your travel, so you can make a more organized plan.

▶Cancellation Fee NO! : Your payment will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes based on your pre-set departure time. There is no cancellation fee when canceling.
(If you do not see the taxi with the HonestTicket logo, please use another taxi. We are trying to get more drivers to set up our service.)

“How to use”

First download the app, both Android and IOS are available.

You can add your favorites while starting use it.

Add your own place such as your home,accommodation, office and restaurant.

It will be more convenient when you choose your departure, destination, etc.

Please select the ticket you want. If you want to get a ride at the bus stop choose ‘Riding now”, if you want to call a taxi to your desired location, please select the “Call Taxi”. If you want the taxi waiting at the specified place and time, please select the “Reserve Taxi”.
